Essensuals training and education systems are integrated into the Toni and Guy in house program and fully utilizes over 40 years of excellence in hairdressing education.
All Essenuals stylists and technicians undergo intensive 6 week training in cut and colour. This unique 6 week intensive training program conducted at our Singapore Academy instills all who enroll with confidence, expertise and essensuals know how in all areas of hairdressing. There is great emphasis on excellence in client service, professionalism and providing the client with a relaxing and enjoyable experience within essensuals.
The essensuals training not only focuses on strength in cutting and colouring but also the awareness of up to the minute fashion trends, full product knowledge and all the tools benifiting the client. Essensuals place optium skills in consultation as well as thorough knowledge of company terminology and philosophy before working within the salons.

Our marketing team who are based at our head office at Bugis Junction work continually to establish the brands identity through consumer and trade press alike, like minded companies and cross promotions.

Costs vary depending on your individual circumstances, size of unit, location etc. capital investment is required although financial backing may be obtainable in some cases.

This varies depending on site availability once the franchise agreement is signed. Usually salons take from 6 months to open.
